Kulchaaa Feeds Community Resource Network is a community-based consulting, coordination and client advocacy organization created from lived experience and a genuine commitment to helping people move forward.

We are parents, mothers, fathers, caregivers, community members, coordinators and advocates. Our team represents different backgrounds and life experiences, but we share something important: we understand what it feels like to face difficult circumstances and have to figure out complicated systems while still trying to take care of yourself and the people who depend on you.

Some members of our team have personally experienced homelessness, housing instability, financial hardship and other major life transitions. We have navigated systems, asked the difficult questions, searched for resources and learned firsthand how overwhelming it can be when you don't know where to turn or what to do next.

Those experiences are part of why Kulchaaa Feeds exists.

Today, our work extends far beyond housing. We assist individuals and families from all backgrounds and walks of life who are looking to elevate their current circumstances—whatever those circumstances may be.

That could mean finding and securing housing, navigating shelter or public assistance, advocating for yourself or a loved one, requesting special accommodations, preparing for employment, obtaining certifications, understanding your credit, locating essential family resources, or simply having someone knowledgeable help you determine your next step.

As coordinators and client advocates, we help our clients understand their options, prepare documentation, communicate with agencies and providers, locate appropriate resources, advocate for their needs and navigate processes that can otherwise feel confusing or overwhelming. When appropriate, we can also serve as a liaison between clients and third-party organizations and accompany clients through certain processes or appointments.

We don't believe support should begin and end with handing someone a phone number, website or list of resources. Our approach is hands-on, relatable and rooted in helping people understand how to move forward.

We meet people where they are, without judgment. We listen. We educate. We advocate. We connect. And whenever possible, we help people turn information into action.
