This data is required to properly assess eligibility and provide effective housing support services.

Collected information is used solely for service-related purposes including housing search assistance, document preparation, communication with landlords and brokers, coordination with housing agencies, advocacy on behalf of clients, eligibility verification, and internal recordkeeping. Kulchaaa Feeds does not sell, rent, or distribute client information for marketing or unrelated purposes.

Upon receipt of signed authorization forms, Kulchaaa Feeds may communicate directly with landlords, brokers, property managers, shelter staff, housing specialists, and government agencies. This authorization allows us to coordinate documentation, advocate for approvals, and streamline communication. Kulchaaa Feeds is not a government agency, legal representative, or licensed real estate brokerage.

All client information is strictly confidential and is only accessible to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. Additionally, all housing leads, landlord contacts, databases, and internal systems are proprietary to Kulchaaa Feeds. Clients are strictly prohibited from sharing, redistributing, or duplicating any information obtained through our services. Violations may result in immediate termination of services and possible legal action.

Kulchaaa Feeds implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect client information. These safeguards include secure email communication, password-protected databases, restricted file access, and internal data handling protocols. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system can guarantee absolute security.

Kulchaaa Feeds complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing privacy and consumer protection, including the New York SHIELD Act (GBL §899-bb), New York General Business Law §349, and the Federal Trade Commission Act. We strictly adhere to the Fair Housing Act and prohibit discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or lawful source of income.

Client records are retained for a period of up to three (3) years following the conclusion of services unless a longer retention period is required by law, compliance, or audit purposes.

Kulchaaa Feeds utilizes third-party platforms including but not limited to email providers, CRM systems, cloud storage, and payment processors. These third parties operate independently and maintain their own privacy policies. Kulchaaa Feeds is not responsible for their data handling practices.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and complete information. Failure to submit required documentation or delays in communication may impact service timelines. Kulchaaa Feeds is not responsible for delays caused by third-party agencies, landlords, or incomplete client submissions.

Kulchaaa Feeds provides housing consultation, navigation, and advocacy services only. We do not guarantee housing placement, voucher approval, landlord acceptance, or application outcomes. All final decisions are made by third-party entities beyond our control.

Kulchaaa Feeds reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates may be distributed to active clients or made publicly available. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
